Every year in VESIT, 5^th of  September,  the teacher’s day is observed as the technology day .This idea showcasing the best in the technical field that the college has to offer was envisaged by our respected principal Mr.Haridasan.

On this day each of the 6 technical societies functioning in the college present their respective best in a competition to choose the best technical paper in the college.

With the aim of being able to present their paper on the technology day , students of S.E. ,T.E. and B.E work hard and go through intense competition which bring s down the contest to the best 12 papers on the tech day. The distinguished panel of judges comprised of   the   HOD’s   of     Electronics,

 Telecommunication, Computers, I.T and Intrumentation. Also gracing the occasion where Mr.N.G Navelekar from TATA tower and Mr H.K kaura from BARC,the presence of these industry experts enhanced the panel of judges. Presentation style, technical content ,understanding of the subject matter and adaptness at answering questions where the criterion use for judging .

Technological Day provided the two essential ingredient ,encouragement and healthy competition in short it proved to be a stimulating impetus for students and inspired to grow into complete engineers.
